Cilj: Projekat ima za cilj promovisati volontiranje među mladima i organizacijama koje se bave pitanjima mladih kako bi se dodatno popularizirao Erasmus + program kao stimulans za volontiranje, a posebno Evropski volonterski servis kako bi se učvrstili savjetnici za mlade ljude u njihovim težnjama ka aktivnom učešću (socijalnom/građanskom), kako na evropskom tako i na lokalnom tlu.

Opis: Glavna aktivnost projekta je obuka za izgradnju kapaciteta za mlade volontere i savjetnike za mlade. Namjera je ojačati savjetnike za mlade i mlade volontere i ugraditi visokokvalitetni volonterski menadžment u njihov rad, lokalno i međunarodno, a cilj ih je ojačati kako bi im omogućili kvalitetno upravljanje kompetencijama u okviru svojih ESC projekata.

Projekt obuke uključuje ne samo volontersko upravljanje na lokalnoj bazi, već i međunarodno volontiranje.

U ovu obuku smo ugradili dimenziju jasnog menadžmenta kompetencijama. Učesnicima će biti omogućeno da artikulišu kompetencije stečene volontiranjem, obučit će se kako stimulirati učenje tokom uslužnih aktivnosti, te kako planirati proces učenja prije ESC-a i lokalnih volonterskih aktivnosti, razmjenjivat ćemo iskustva o tome kako olakšati učenje i steći kompetencije tokom volontiranja, i posljednje, ali ne najmanje bitno i kako ocjenjivati ​​učenje tokom volontiranja.

Očekivani rezultati:

– polaznici obuke moći će artikulisati kompetencije stečene volontiranjem,
– biti obučeni kako da stimulišu učenje tokom aktivnosti volontiranja,
– moći će planirati proces učenja prije ESC-a i aktivnosti lokalnog volontiranja,
– naučiti kako olakšati učenje i stečene kompetencije tokom volontiranja,
– naučiti kako evaluirati učenje tokom volontiranja. 

Implementirane aktivnosti:

1. Prva aktivnost – izgradnja kapaciteta s timom i trenerima konzorcija koje su organizirane od 23. do 27. marta/ožujka, 2019 godine. Tokom sastanka s trenerima, fokus je bio na daljnjem praćenju integracije svih očekivanja, potreba, participativni pristup i uključivanje svih učesnika. Iznimno smo planirali aspekt izgradnje kapaciteta nadzora od strane svih volonterskih sistema partnerskih organizacija u programu kako bismo ih integrisali u drugu aktivnost. Trening je također bio primjer dobre prakse za učesnike o tome kako osmisliti i razvijati međunarodni projekt. Fokus smo stavili na aspekt bavljenja izazovima pred kojima je naš projektni tim. Osim daljnjeg razvoja programa, razmjenjena su i razmišljanja, te povratne informacije o našem sastanku i saradnji, a tim je ojačao svoje komunikacijske metode i poboljšao svoje upravljačke vještine.

2. Druga aktivnost i glavna projektna aktivnost – Međunarodni trening „Volontersko upravljanje u evropskom sektoru mladih“ koji se održao od 28. marta/ožujka do 2. aprila/travnja, 2019. godine. Domaćin manifestacije bio je partner lider projekta, LDA Mostar, koja je ugostila ukupno 29 mladih iz 11 različitih zemalja. Trening su vodila dva iskusna trenera koji su u njega ugradili dimenziju jasnog upravljanja kompetencijama. Učesnicima treninga je omogućeno da artikulišu kompetencije stečene volontiranjem, osposobljeni su kako da potaknu učenje tokom aktivnosti volontiranja i kako da planiraju proces učenja prije ESC-a i lokalnih volonterskih aktivnosti. Razmjena o tome kako olakšati učenje i stečene kompetencije tokom volontiranja također su bila presudni dio obuke, a posljednje, ali ne najmanje bitno, bilo je i kako vrednovati učenje tokom volontiranja.

Volunteer Management in Europe’s Youth sector

Objective: The project aims to promote volunteering among young people and organizations dealing with youth issues. To promote the Erasmus + program as a stimulus for volunteering, and especially the European Solidarity Corps as a frame for volunteering in EU.  To strengthen counselors for young people in their aspirations towards active participation (social / civil) of young people on European and local level.

Description: 

The main activity of the project is the capacity building training for young volonteers and youth workers. The intention is to strengthen youth workers and young volunteers and to embed a high quality volunteer management in to their working, locally and internationally, and we will strengthen them to facilitate a quality competence management within their ESC projects.

The training project not only to include the volunteer management on the local base, but also with international volunteering.

We have embedded a clear competence management dimension in this training. Participants will be enabled to articulate competencies gained through volunteering, will be trained how to stimulate the learning during the service activities, and how to plan the learning process prior to the ESC and local volunteering activities, we will exchange about how to facilitate the learning and gained competencies during the volunteering, and last but not least also how to evaluate the learning during volunteering.

Expected Results: 

– training participants will be able to articulate competencies gained through volunteering,
– will be trained how to stimulate the learning during the service activities,
– will be able to plan the learning process prior to the ESC and local volunteering
activities,
– learn how to facilitate the learning and gained competencies during the
volunteering,
– learn how to evaluate the learning during volunteering

Activities implemented: 

1.  First activity – capacity building with the team and the surveys of the consortium which was organized from 23rd – 27th of March, 2019. During the meeting with the trainers, the focus was on further monitoring the integration of all expectations, needs, the participative approach and involvement of all participants. We have planned explicitly the capacity building aspect of over-viewing all volunteer systems of the partner organizations, into the programme, to integrate those into the second activity. The training course was also an example of good practice for the participants on developing an international project. We put the focus on the aspect of dealing with the teammatters within our project team. Besides the further development of the programme, also reflection and feedback into the team about our meeting and the cooperation was shared and the team strengthen its communication methods and improved its managing skills.

2. The second activity and the main project activity – International training ‘’Volunteer Management in Europe’s Youth sector’’ which took place from March 28th till April 2nd. The host of the event was project leader, LDA Mostar which hosted all together 29 young people from 11 different countries. The training was conducted by two experienced trainers who embedded into a clear competence management – dimension in this training. Participants were enabled to articulate competencies gained through volunteering, were trained on how to stimulate the learning during the service activities, and how to plan the learning process prior to the ESC and local volunteering activities. The exchange on how to facilitate the learning and gained competencies during the volunteering were also a crucial part of the training, and last but not least was how to evaluate the learning during volunteering.
