We are pleased to announce the official presentation of the project “Strengthening local participation and cooperation through partnership of Public Authorities and CSOs in Bosnia and Herzegovina – LINK 4 Cooperation” financed by the European Union, that will be held in Mostar, June 18, 2021. starting at 10:00 am at the MEPAS Hotel (Princess Hall).
Local Democracy Agency (LDA) Mostar will, with its partners: Local Democracy Agency Zavidovici, Local Democracy Agency Prijedor, Center for Development of Herzegovina Trebinje, ALDA – European Association for Local Democracy and Association of agencies for local democracy – ALDA Skopje (Affiliated entity) present the key activities of a project that promotes the principles of good and responsible management of units local self-government in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The following cities and municipalities are included in the project: Berkovići, Jablanica, Kostajnica, Maglaj, Mostar, Nevesinje, Novi Grad, Prijedor, Ravno, Trebinje, Zavidovići and Žepče as well as 40 local civil society organizations societies from the above local communities.
The project aims to strengthen the capacities of local authorities and organizations civil society (CSOs) in conducting participatory processes to jointly identify specific community problems and, thanks to this participatory approach, find the most optimal solutions for these problems.
