Maja is a Project Development and Coordination Manager, with experience in developing large scale strategic projects in national but also in regional level. Her experience in following the development of various donor programs, knowledge of the local and regional context, as well as staff and project management skills speaks to her careful but competitive approach. Maja is driven by her passion for understanding intercultural and intersectoral dialogue. She considers herself an "eternal student", eager to build her capacities and knowledge, and remains in line with the latest strategies for the development of civil society in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region. Maja's hunger for knowledge and determination to turn information into action have contributed to the work and activities of LDA Mostar for the past 15 years. She believes mindfulness in the workplace is key to success. As an eternal optimist, her mandatory asset in work and in life are pink glasses, which she never takes off.
