Maja is the Project/Program Development and Fundraising Department Manager, with extensive experience in designing and implementing large-scale strategic projects at both the national and regional levels. Her ability to monitor evolving donor programs, combined with deep knowledge of the local and regional context, strong project management skills, and team leadership, reflects her thoughtful yet competitive approach.
Driven by a passion for intercultural and intersectoral dialogue, Maja sees herself as an "eternal student"—constantly seeking to expand her knowledge and stay aligned with the latest civil society development strategies in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the wider region. Her curiosity and determination to transform ideas into action have made a lasting contribution to LDA Mostar’s work over the past 15 years.
She believes that mindfulness in the workplace is key to long-term success. And as an eternal optimist, her signature accessory—in both work and life—is a pair of pink glasses she never takes off.
