Description: In continuation of the project “Monitoring of Public Services at the Local Level – Citizens and Local Government Together for Better Services”, the Local Democracy Agency (LDA) Mostar in 2013 is implementing the project “Improvement of Local Government Services in BiH”.
General objective: Improving the responsibilities of local authorities in providing public services / enhancing the quality of life of citizens through effective involvement of informed citizens in the process of creating and implementing local policies, based on the results of PULS.

Target groups – Citizens in three selected local government units in the Herzegovina – Neretva county, which will be included in the main project activities – Local government units (three units: Mostar, Konjic and Jablanica) – NGO representatives from Herzegovina-Neretva County – representatives of governments other municipality, that the same could be used as an example of good practice – citizens of other municipalities in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina – Media
