📢 CALL FOR APPLICATIONS – ROLES PROJECT Empowering Mental Health Through Art
LDA Mostar invites young professionals and youth workers to apply for participation in the international Erasmus+ project ROLES, which focuses on destigmatizing mental health through creative and artistic methods in youth work.
🔎 ABOUT THE PROJECT The ROLES project connects organizations from the EU and the Western Balkans with the aim of strengthening the capacities of youth workers to address mental health topics.
The project offers a long-term educational process that includes:

International training courses

Local activities

Hands-on work with youth

Opportunities for further professional development
📍 PROJECT ACTIVITIES Selected participants will be required to participate in the entire project cycle:
Training of Trainers (ToT)

📍 Lublin, Poland

📅 May 8–14, 2026
Local activities (practice workshops)

📍 Bosnia and Herzegovina

📅 Between May and July 2026

➡️ Organizing a workshop with young people in the local community
Intensive Academy (IA)

📍 Thessaloniki, Greece

📅 July 5–12, 2026
Additional Opportunity

➡️ One participant who successfully completes all phases of the project will be selected to:

👉 Co-facilitate an international youth exchange in a partner country (late 2026 – mid-2027)
👤 PARTICIPANT PROFILE We are looking for motivated individuals who:
-
Work as youth workers, trainers, educators, mentors, or facilitators
-
Have experience in working with youth
-
Wish to improve their knowledge on:
-
Mental health
-
Destigmatization
-
Safe spaces in youth work
-
-
Are interested in using artistic and creative methods in their work
-
Are ready for active participation throughout the entire duration of the project
📌 Priority will be given to individuals already working in the youth sector who wish to further develop their competences.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES Participation implies full commitment to all phases of the project. The following is mandatory:

Attendance at both international training courses

Implementation of the local workshop
The project aims for a gender balance among participants.
💸 COSTS Travel, accommodation, and food costs are fully covered by the project.
