Cilj: Projekat ima za cilj promovirati volontiranje među mladima i organizacijama koje se bave pitanjima mladih kako bi se promovirao Erasmus + program kao stimulans za volontiranje, a posebno Europski volonterski servis kako bi se učvrstili savjetnici za mlade ljude u njihovim težnjama ka aktivnom učešću (socijalnom/građanskom), kako na europskom tako i na lokalnom tlu.

Opis: 

S povećanjem budžeta EVS sa 60 na više od 90 miliona u 2017. godini, broj EVS projekta drastično će se povećati. Uz kvantitet, NA i DG EAC izrazili su jasnu potrebu da kvalitet EVS bude visok. Ovim projektom namjeravamo jačati omladinske radnike i rukovodioce projekata kako bi ugradili kvalitetno upravljanje volonterima u svoj rad, na lokalnom i na međunarodnom nivou, te ih ojačati kako bi omogućili kvalitetno upravljanje kompetencijama u okviru svojih EVS projekta.  

Stoga smo u ovu obuku ugradili novu dimenziju. Ovaj kurs je specifičan jer kombinuje volonterski menadžment sa upravljanjem kompetencijama. Učesnicima će biti omogućeno da artikulišu kompetencije stečene volontiranjem (npr. EVS profili), biti će obučeni kako stimulisati učenje tokom volontiranja i kako planirati proces učenja prije EVS-a i lokalnih volonterskih aktivnosti, razmjenićemo iskustva o tome kako olakšati učenje i steći kompetencije tokom volontiranja, a na kraju, ali ne i najmanje važno, kako procijeniti učenje tokom volontiranja.

Objective: The project aims to promote volunteering among young people and organizations dealing with youth issues in order to promote the Erasmus + program as a stimulus for volunteering, and especially the European voluntary service to strengthen counselors for young people in their aspirations towards active participation (social / civil) young people how to European and local level.

Description: 

With the increase of EVS budget of the European Commission from 60 million to >90 million in 2017, the amount of EVS projects will drastically increase; together with the quantity, the NA’s and the DG EAC have expressed the clear need to keep the quality of EVS high, and with this project, we intend to strengthen youth workers and project managers to embed a high quality volunteer management in their working, locally and internationally, and we will strengthen them to facilitate a quality competence management within their EVS projects.

The training project does not only includes the volunteer management on local base, but also with international volunteering (EVS).

We have embedded a clear competence management – dimension in this training. Participants will be enabled to articulate competencies gained through volunteering (with e.g. EVS profiles), will be trained how to stimulate the learning during the service activities, and how to plan the learning process prior to the EVS and local volunteering activities, we will exchange about how to facilitate the learning and gained competencies during the volunteering, and last but not least also how to evaluate the learning during volunteering.
