Opis: Projekt ima za cilj podržati promociju i efikasnu implementaciju Gender akcionog plana Grada Mostara za period 2023–2027, koji je usvojen kao ključni dokument za unapređenje ravnopravnosti spolova i jačanje uloge žena u lokalnoj zajednici.

Polazeći od činjenice da je Plan izrađen kroz participativan proces u kojem su učestvovali predstavnici/ce institucija i civilnog društva, projektom se želi osigurati da sadržaj i ciljevi Plana budu prepoznati, razumljivi i primjenjivi u praksi.

Kroz ciljanu edukaciju i informativno-edukativnu kampanju, projekt će omogućiti veću uključenost ključnih aktera i doprinijeti stvaranju preduslova za održivu i mjerljivu primjenu Plana.

Glavni cilj: Doprinos efikasnoj implementaciji Gender akcionog plana Grada Mostara za period 2023.–2027. kroz izgradnju kapaciteta ključnih aktera i promociju važnosti njegove realizacije.

Ciljne grupe: 

• Lokalne vlasti i javni službenici/ce
• Sektorski dionici i stručnjaci za pitanja žena i ravnopravnost spolova 
• Organizacije civilnog društva
• Građani i lokalne zajednice

Ključne aktivnosti:

• Edukativni ciklus za organizacije civilnog društva koje se bave pravima žena i ravnopravnošću spolova, sa fokusom na:
  • Prezentaciju Gender akcionog plana Grada Mostara 2023–2027
  • Teme vezane za ženska prava, ravnopravnost spolova, građanski aktivizam i participaciju u donošenju odluka
  • Pisanje i implementaciju projekata
• Promotivna kampanja s ciljem informisanja šire javnosti o ciljevima i značaju Gender akcionog plana te poticanja podrške njegovoj provedbi

Promoting the Gender Action Plan of the City of Mostar for 2023–2027

Description: 

The project aims to support the promotion and effective implementation of the Gender Action Plan of the City of Mostar for the period 2023–2027, a key document for advancing gender equality and strengthening the role of women in the local community.

Based on the fact that the Plan was developed through a participatory process involving representatives of institutions and civil society this project seeks to ensure that the Plan’s content and objectives are recognized, well understood, and practically applicable.

Through a targeted training and an informative-educational campaign, the project will enable greater involvement of key stakeholders and contribute to creating the conditions for sustainable and measurable implementation of the Plan.

General Objective: To contribute to the effective implementation of the Gender Action Plan of the City of Mostar for the period 2023–2027, by building capacities of the stakeholders and promoting the importance of its realisation. 

Target groups

• Local authorities and local public officers
• Sector-specific stakeholders dealing with the issues of women's rights and gender equality 
• Civil society organisations
• Citizens and local community

Key Activities:

Training cycle for civil society organizations working in the field of women’s rights and gender equality, focusing on:

• Presentation of the Gender Action Plan of the City of Mostar 2023–2027
• Topics related to women’s rights, gender equality, civic activism, and participation in decision-making
• Project writing and implementation

Promotional campaign aimed at informing the wider public about the goals and importance of the Gender Action Plan and encouraging support for its implementation
