Opći cilj: doprinjeti strukturiranju regionalne tematske saradnje i koordinacije između civilnog društva i vlasti iz navedenih zemalja; poboljšati okruženje za aktivizam mladih i participaciju, posebno mladih iz podzastupljenih skupina.

Specifični ciljevi: kreirati Regionalnu mrežu za lokalnu demokratiju sastavljenu od organizacija civilnog društva i vlasti, uz aktivno učešće mladih iz ciljnih zemalja posvećenih promociji i praćenju učešća mladih na lokalnom nivou; jačanje regionalnih kapaciteta mladih iz ciljnih zemalja u aktivnom građanstvu i učešću u procesima donošenja politika i procesu odlučivanja; da se postigne veći fokus vlasti ciljnih zemalja na potrebe mladih u kreiranju politika u skladu sa standardima EU; da se podigne svijest o politikama i donosiocima odluka, OCD-ovima i mladim liderima u ciljnim zemljama o EU standardima i praksama učešća mladih i regionalnom utjecaju EU programa 2014-2020, posebno programima za mlade.

Ciljne grupe: Agencije lokalne demokratije na Zapadnom Balkanu, predstavnici vlasti, mladi lideri, omladinski radnici, neformalne grupe mladih, mladi ljudi iz podzastupljenih skupina iz osam zajednica u pet balkanskih zemalja.

Krajnji korisnici: mladi iz podzastupljenih skupina od 15-30 godina, rasprostranjeni u 5 zemalja Zapadnog Balkana.

Overall objective: to contribute to the structuring of regional thematic cooperation and coordination between civil society and authorities from the countries mentioned; improve the environment for youth activism and participation, especially for youth from under-represented groups.

Specific objectives: to create a Regional Network for Local Democracy composed of civil society organizations and authorities, with active participation of young people from target countries dedicated to promoting and monitoring youth participation at the local level; strengthening regional capacities of young people from target countries in active citizenship and participation in policy-making and decision-making processes; to increase the focus of target country authorities on the needs of young people in policy-making in line with EU standards; to raise awareness of policies and decision makers, CSOs and young leaders in the target countries about EU standards and practices for youth participation and the regional impact of EU programs 2014-2020, especially youth programs.

Target groups: Local Democracy Agencies in the Western Balkans, government representatives, young leaders, youth workers, informal youth groups, young people from underrepresented groups from eight communities in five Balkan countries.

Beneficiaries: youth from underrepresented groups between 15-30 years old, from 5 countries of the Western Balkans.
